On 12th July 2026 the Papa Stour Kirk was reopened as the Papa Community Centre after several years of refurbishment and repurposing.
We were blessed with a fine sunny day and around 100 people came to the Kirk to participate in the reopening.
Guests were met off the ferry at the waiting room for tea and coffee and then everyone proceeded to the Kirk.
